Utilizing an experienced and professional management team, the company was the first in the country to obtain a license in the field of health tourism from the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts, and Tourism of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In 2011 (1390), the company successfully launched its first representative office in Iraq. Through diligent efforts and the application of management strategies to provide high-quality medical services, it established branches in Afghanistan and the UAE in 2012 (1391), in Oman in 2013 (1392), and in Kazakhstan in 2015 (1394).
In 2017 (1396), at the first National Conference of Honoring the Top Brands in Health Tourism, the company was recognized as the leading brand in health tourism. By consistently participating in domestic and international exhibitions, the company has gained extensive knowledge of this industry.

Dr. Abbas Shojaei, born in 1963 (1342 in the Persian calendar), has a medical education background and extensive experience in healthcare management. He is the founder of the first specialized health tourism company in Iran, established in 2010 (1389 in the Persian calendar), and is one of the pioneers in the health tourism industry.
Mr. Hassan Hadian, born in 1951 (1330 in the Persian calendar), holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management. He is a veteran in the industry and commerce sectors of Iran, and with a developmental approach to business, he has been a significant source of progress and numerous services.
